Bruce N. Julian served as a member of the 3rd and 4th Battalions of the Royal Canadian Regiment. He is the Immediate Past President of the Legion’s Dominion Command. Currently, he is the Vice Chair of the Royal Canadian Ex-Services League (RCEL) Committee. Bruce has been active in Legion work since 1977 serving in various positions at the Branch, Zone, District, and Provincial Command levels. He has expertly guided the Royal Canadian Legion and worked hard to increase membership within the organization. His tenacity and enthusiasm for helping Veterans and their families have ensured continued success of the organization.
