The Office of the Veterans Ombud recently concluded the terms of its Veterans Ombud Advisory Council members. We extend our sincere thanks to all members for their dedication, insight, and valuable contributions over the past several years. Their perspectives have helped inform our understanding of issues facing Veterans and their families.
The Office is now taking an opportunity to reflect on how its advisory functions can continue to evolve to best support its mandate in a modern, inclusive, and sustainable way.
As part of this work, we will be exploring approaches to future engagement. We remain committed to engaging with Veterans, their families, and stakeholders across Canada, and to ensuring their perspectives continue to inform our work.
